Employers and organizations are cordially invited to UTA’s main campus for a unique opportunity to connect with our exceptional Finance and Real Estate student talent! Sign up for one or more time slots to host a table in the Business Building lobby. Feel free to bring marketing materials, swag, and internship/permanent position descriptions. Assigned student liaisons will be there to assist you in setting up and closing, and to actively encourage students to visit your table.

Each day, we offer the following time slots.
*Mornings: 9 am-noon
*Afternoons: 1 pm-4 pm
*Evenings: 4:30 pm-7:30 pm

If you are seeking graduate students, please consider the 4:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. slot. Participation in this event is free, although the University charges for campus parking.  You can request a time slot or slots using the REGISTER button above.

Student Lunch Sponsorship Opportunity: Besides tabling, we offer the opportunity to sponsor a student lunch (12 pm-1 pm) each day (Mon-Thurs). We provide the room, food, and students but request a $450 contribution to cover the food cost.  Lunch sponsors can make a 30–40-minute presentation about their organization, industry, and career/internship opportunities.  Just bring your speaker(s) and swag! Only four lunch slots, so please sign up early.  Use the REGISTER button above to sign up for a lunch slot.
