Educators

MoneyABCs.org has been designed with educators in mind. It doesn’t matter whether you are a K-12 teacher, a college professor, a financial literacy volunteer trying to make a difference in your community, or whether you work in the community outreach office of a bank; our platform will help you find the resources you need to deliver your educational message more effectively and efficiently.

What We Offer

At MoneyABCs.org not only will you be able to find educational resources on many formats (PowerPoint, videos, podcasts, or webinars), but you will also be able to access teaching notes, discussion questions, lecture plans, supplementary activities, handouts, test banks, and useful feedback and recommendations from other members of the community. Not sure how to integrate financial literacy into your curriculum? Connect with other teachers in your grade-level, browse their lesson plans and replicate them with just a click.

What We Offer

Not feeling confident enough to teach a specific topic? Call on other members of the network to secure a guest lecturer to come and speak directly to your class. Not sure if you have enough time in class to cover everything you want your students to learn? Structure an online course that your students can access and complete from home. Want to help others with their financial literacy programs, share your pedagogic materials within the platform and receive valuable feedback that you can use to improve your programs. The possibilities are endless!

Plans For Future

In the future, schools, non-for-profits, and community activist will also be able to use the platform to raise funds to be able to carry on their educational mission. Whether you need just $50 to make handouts for one of your workshops or $10,000 to organize a literacy fair at your neighborhood community center, our network will help you connect with both public and private agents who will be happy to advance financial literacy by supporting your educational efforts.
